Ballpark Mixed-Use (BP). This district accommodates mixed-use developments that support major sporting facilities and visitor attractions. A broad array of other uses are also permitted, including eating and drinking establishments, hotels, offices, research and development facilities, cultural institutions, residential uses, live/work spaces, and parking facilities. Within the BP District, a minimum of 40 percent of the ground-floor street frontage shall contain active commercial uses.
