Los Angeles Municipal Code 13.06 - COMMERCIAL AND ARTCRAFT DISTRICTS (CA)The purpose of tthe Commercial and Artcraft District is to create enclaves whereby the artisan segments of the population may live, create and market their artifacts. Artcraft activities, combined with commercial and residential uses will be permitted in those areas appropriate for the establishment of a Commercial and Artcraft District.
